I loved this audiobook, narrated by the author. It was a great mix of practical advice, humor, and reminders of the things you know but need repeating. I'll probably buy the hard copy for my collection.

I feel like the parts about depression or being rich/poor are extremely triggering. Some chapters, like the one regarding overwhelm or the one about overcoming our fears, are genuinely effective, but not worth reading.
Yes, yes I am.
I found the light, entertaining cadence to this book refreshing, but filled with strength and wisdom.
Your thoughts do have a direct impact on your physical life.
I actually have quoted it in my dissertation.

Awesome book. I love how she connects with the reader and gave a lot of good advice and points to reevaluate your life to get it into it’s full potential. 1 star off when it came to the money chapter since i couldn’t relate to it but still, the overall book is good!

Listened to this on Audible. The author did a great job with reading the book. Really like the book and what was written.
Hilarious, eye-opening and sincere. Also, a quick read.
Really good, I loved this book and annotated so much good things! I’ve recommended it to many!
2.5/5
This book was an easy, fast paced read. There were parts that I enjoyed— especially sections of the book that discussed forgiveness and reframing negative thinking. The rest, however, was super redundant and cliche. Listing the same how-to steps for resolving each issue made this book feel… well, not particularly helpful. I wish I had more to elaborate on, but Sincero’s “life changing” perspective was kind of a let down.
