Intriguing from the start. Easy to listen to up to a point. The ending is confusing and I actually went back some chapters to figure it out.
I don’t think I can completely buy into the final motive here.
Recommend? Eh, I guess if you’re on a mission to finish the backlist, but there are better FMcF books! I don’t consider this a good sampling of the several books I have enjoyed by McFadden.

This is actually one of my favorite McFadden books. I loved the different perspectives, I loved the point of views, and I enjoyed this story a lot. The ending surprised me. These characters felt so real and felt like they were not friends. Also Annie and Dean were so damn cute- I want a romance based on them.
