I both liked and disliked the book. I found the story started off well, the main character was interesting and I wanted him to get the job done. When the story within the story began, I got impatient and could not find a reason why the two were linked. I really wanted to stick with the main story and get to the bottom of that plot. Unfortunately, there was way too much ‘waiting around’ for my liking. I really wanted to like this book, I was a huge King fan years ago. After reading this, hmmmm, I give it a ‘meh.’ Sorry Stephen King.
