well this was definitely better than the last book I read.
This still had too much explicit content for my taste and I'm really not into the "I-hate-you-no-I-want-you-no-you're-my-enemy-but-I-want-you-oh-baby-oh-baby" if you get what I mean.
It left at such a cliff-hanger that I would've totally grabbed the 2nd book to devour if not for the fact that it's not out yet.
I was riveted by the story and the world building. I loved the tension between the 2 main characters but it got redundant with what I said above about the explicit content.
Overall I enjoyed the story and look forward to book 2

this felt like i was reading every other paragraph. or even every third paragraph! also. the word princess is used 152 times and this is a 259 page book. it’s on every other page. too much.

I was hooked from the start and just could not stop. Evren is so good. What a wicked thing. I can't wait to see him again in Book 2. Adara has all been a pawn, but what will her future hold? I honestly don't know how to write a review without spoilers, but it's a fun fast paced romantasy. I also love honey.

This had so much potential but was too heavy on the romance for me personally. If you enjoy a mindless fantasy romance with a lot of smut, this will be perfect.

5 bajillion stars!! I finished this in less than a day. Thank god we only have to wait a few months for book 2, but that’s still too long.
This had everything I want. Enemies to lovers with incredible chemistry. Fae AND Vampires with Fated Mates. One Horse & One Bed Trope. It had a mix of Reign with little sprinkles of FBAA and These Hollow Vows.
The spice was amazing and so was the dirty talk. I highlighted a lot.

After a very very long reading slump, I was able to pick this up and finish it in about a month!
To be honest, it felt very juvenile. But still. It brought me back. So 3 stars for now. Awaiting book 2.

It definitely reads like a bad FBAA fanfic, there were a lot of similarities.
Unfortunately there was just no build up in this book, absolutely no chemistry or connection with the characters because it’s too fast paced and more about the spice than actually getting to know the characters and the world they’re in. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind spice, but build up the tension and add more feeling to it!
