But... The characters are a little annoying the Main heroine especially..... Shes a little too unbelievable.

Someone told me that this is a Wish version of From Blood & Ash lol - but I still enjoyed the differences in the series. The star marks, the magic, and the defiance of the FMC. I loved the library scene with the book spine!

Plot has a lot of potential but I felt like almost nothing happened in this first book. It was mainly steamy scenes with the MMC, over and over, with a few plot points.

Ummmm I have simply been sleeping on this series and I regret every day that I didn’t just pick it up? It has all the angsty spare to the heir vibes, shadow powers, and general chaos that I love in a romantasy. Will be ripping through the rest
