This book had me hooked! I loved how much Evren and Adara were attracted to each other. This was definitely a spicy book, hot damn there were defs some steamy parts but their connection is there, you can feel it.
That ending was wild though, I hadn’t suspected Evren of anything until they thought she was asleep. I really thought Evren wanted to escape with her and be with her truly, I did not see his other motive and I did not see that he was the Queens son. I thought it was just another vampire, but it makes sense his power.
I feel awful for Adara and what she has to go through, she now has lost someone she thought she loved and he turned off his emotions so fast, what the heck?
I hope that he shows his true side, that he truly cares for her or poor Adara will be forever alone.

this book was super fast paced and usually i like that but a little more background and filler chapters would’ve been nice. the MC is so fucjing annoying and the end was kind of shocking but i can’t tell if it’s just an act or if it’s actually what happened
