“jasper always makes me feel like he'll catch me when i fall. he always has.“

childhood friends to lovers has never made me feel the way that sloane and jasper have made me feel. 

sloane was everything to me. the way she grew with each chapter was written perfectly, even though she still had some doubts, her healing journey was so moving. she was such a badass, but had her sensitive moments (as everyone does), and her entire personality had me obsessing over her the whole book. no man will ever tell her what she can and can’t do ever again period. she had always been strong, but seeing her become even stronger and truly find herself was everything i was hoping for and more. 

sweet jasper made me feel all the emotions under the sun. i feel for him and my heart broke for him so many times, especially whenever he second guessed himself and doubted his ability to love/be loved. all that man needed was for someone to show him what he deserved, and sloane did exactly that. and all that sloane needed was for someone to make her a priority, and jasper showed her exactly what it meant to be loved by him and to be a priority to him.

this book was good but it wasn't my favorite in the series. i feel like i didn't connect with jasper and sloane as much as i have with the other characters in chestnut springs but they were still very cute. i'm not a big fan of the miscommunication trope so i didn't love that in this book but i do very much like friends to lovers. i felt very content with the ending of the book but i just wasn't super invested in their story.

I thought this was going to be the best of the series but it wasn't. 
I like a friends to lover's story, and with a runaway bride too, really thought it would be good. It started off quite well, but I didn't feel their connection had any depth romantically. 
I hated the controlling nature Jasper had during intimate moments, it felt like it wasn't even the same character. 
Everything is so surface level. I wish we had seen Sloane have a conversation that wasn't about/with a man.

This book was good I liked it I'm not sure if I liked it better then the second one but I definitely liked it better then the first one I loved how possessive and jealous Jasper was over Sloane all there scenes together were good I'm not to into this series but it is good overall i love how you see all the characters from the last book and the future book in the current book i love the interconnection of this series Jasper was definitely clingy which idiot mind and Sloane was all for it I don’t have to much to say overall i enjoyed this book and its happy ending with no cliffhangers and it’s no cheating no love triangle it’s spicy and some of the tropes are Hockey Romance, Friends to lovers, One Bed and Small Town Romance overall i rated this book 4 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was very excited to finally get to Jasper’s story and to finally find out a little bit more about such a mysterious and troubled character in the Chestnut Springs universe.

I loved how the characters softly and gently helped each other grow through their pasts and become better and more confident for it.

I’m a bit of a sucker for a dancer and athlete love story and loved the friends to lovers trope but a few aspects of their relationship just wasn’t really my thing.

Overall, didn’t live up to the hype of the last books but was still a fun read.

Third book of the series and I still love it. It’s light and sweet. I cannot wait to read more about Winter in the next book.
