I liked the book and the characters, but something was sort of missing by the end. A year of groweling and showing up, but it fell flat by the end. I get that a year is a lot of resistance and all, but really... she gave up too fast when she did. Frankly saying I was not a fan of the ending at all; the Philadelphia fiasco was too far apart from the make-up. Feels like "After" series remake. Otherwise, the mafia - CEO type of main character is always welcome on my pages, Mr. Grumpy and Mrs. Sunshine theme. Let's continue the series and see. As for the language, I liked it a lot.

3.7 for me. nothing particular. yes I love Alex calling her "Sunshine" but I guess grumpy x sunshine isn't my favorite plot of all. anyways, the twists they had in the book were kinda good! <3
