I liked the suspense and found it held my interest.

Definitely a 5 star book. I loved every minute of the book. So exciting. Highly Recommend this book.

Amazing book. I only had a small piece of it figured out by the denouement, and I was proud of having guessed that! I am definitely going to read more of this series.

Good read. Plot-heavy but adequately balanced by good characterization.

This book was easy to read, a page turner and all that. David has the gift of writing that flows and has a rhythm to it. I can say that I did enjoy this one... However... the villain's plot reached James Bond levels of absurd that Split Second entered Saturday Morning Cartoon territory... the Male Protagonist is a fever dream of 90s/80s cliches... you know that middle aged white dude that women just swoon over Immediately (complete with boomer values)

Rating this a 3.5 and for those who read this review... this may be worth a shot.
