meh. the only thing i enjoyed about this book was that it was slightly better than the book before.
Aaron is still so hot he’s smooth with it i know this man can flirt. The flirting in this book got A LOT better and it all came from Aaron and Kenji no surprise.

more of the same filler as before! the adam/juliette drama is so excruciating, gah. i can't wait for her to finally get together with warner, and i don't even mean it in the best slow-burn-awesome-angst way.

there's also more of the same poetic writing that seems characteristic of mafi's writing now. i don't mind it but i will skip every sentence that is useless to the narrative.

3 stars.

Der Anfang hat sich ein bisschen gezogen und war ein wenig langweilig aber danach wurde es immer spannender. Ich konnte das Buch wirklich nicht mehr weglegen ab einem gewissen Punkt. Ich finde immernoch dass ein paar stellen zu lange gezogen sind, aber dieses Buch ist viel besser als der erste Teil und ich freue mich sehr auf den dritten Teil
