What an epic finale to a truly epic series!! Everything I could have hoped for and more was placed into this book, and I could not be more satisfied with the ending that I received.

At this marvelous conclusion to the Matefinder series, I was not left with a single lingering question, and though my heart aches for those lost souls, it rejoices over the happy endings which were given to the survivors. Balance has been restored, and it's a new era of peace and prosperity for all supernatural beings.

Aurora has come so far from the inexperienced and newly changed werewolf, to the radiant young woman and alpha female we see before us as we conclude our journey with her. She has learned so many harsh lessons, and become a stronger person for those lessons learned.

I'm honored to have been able to take this path with Aurora, and I have nothing but praise to offer to Leia Stone on an extraordinary series and fine set of characters. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys a tale of trials, triumphs, and sacrifices, and to those saps out their who love a little HEA like me. I promise, you won't regret it.

This was a great ending to Kai and Aurora's story. It was filled with action, sadness, and power. With a lot of help and determination, Aurora was able to take on all the obstacles in her way. The vampires, the secret government agency, and a dark witch that were all working to destroy her, but in the end, her power and the love of her family and friends won.

This got darker than I expected...

I have very mixed feelings about Balance, the third book in the series. On one hand I really like how all of the plot points were tied up in a good way and I really enjoyed it having a happy ever after. But I found it to be much more darker than I expected (trigger warning below) which made the story a really strange horror/fantasy hybrid in a way. Pacing was an issue at times which I think affected the overall story as there were times (when it got faced paced and more horror) that I was hooked reading but then there was other times (say nearly 50% through) that it actually got a bit slow when the whole gang was waiting around for our antagonist to strike when she didn't. But when it got to the 75% mark the action sped up alot to the point I would have loved to have had those chapters being more stretched out.

Overall, I think it was a decent ending to the series.

Trigger warnings:
•A character almost dies giving birth
•Forced pregnancy (from the antagonist to another character)
•Torture
•Forced Blood being taken
•drug abuse (the antagonist is forcing young people to take drugs)

Balance

This one had me worried that there wouldn’t b a happy ending. I was kinda hoping for a little change up with the conflict though. It was the same thing over and over again. Overall a great series though.

This was a nice ending to a good series.

I don't know if this is the best book. It felt a little rushed and I'm not sure it was a good thing to have it end so suddenly and abruptly. I feel like it could have been better.

I did like this series I like their love and relationship I think she is good for a YA/ New-adult heroine as she does seem to save her own butt and others whereas she does seem to not listen to Kai and he does seem to have to save her sometimes its not too much.

I won't be reading the spin off about her twins I'm not that involved or invested in them! Would have been nice to have a bit more about the kids for me to want to read their story.
