Calista the type of girl who gets walked on her whole life because she won’t crash out. The most interesting things in this book were barely talked about. I would’ve loved to see why and/or how Hayden turned into a demon of a man. I even would’ve liked to learn more about his mother. I wanted to see him crash out during those 2 months Callie said peace. I wanted to see all of Harper’s one night stands. Quite literally any of that would’ve been more interesting in this. Book was better than the first because at lease we got results but maybe there was so much potential for this series but the author wasn’t creative enough I guess. I don’t know.

Honestly, don’t know how i finished this. This went completely downhill. The on-again-off-again between these two was PAINFUL plus certain manipulative things the MMC did was not okay. Absolutley-the-fuck-not. I love me a good morally grey, possessive, obsessive MMC but this took it too far for my personal tastes.

Ok…I have some words about this one.

I felt like the conclusion was anticlimactic. Like there was no build up at all and then the bad guy we never knew until he reveals himself like a Bond villain. Like it’s supposed to be some huge revelation. Then it’s over? Also, he told her doc to give her saline instead of BC shot and she gets pregnant but he never tells her?! Which I know is kind of his MO. Ur still, And let’s not talk about the fact that she runs from him but goes to her best friend at the college they attend. As if he wouldn’t check there first? She was too naive and silly towards the end for me. I’d question the hell out of Hayden for a lot more than what she did. I did like Hayden but still, this was lacking something, it def needed to be longer and more flushed out IMO.
