This offers wonderful mythological expansions, though a lot of it is never mentioned on the show (old or revival). It reads more like an X-Files dossier than anything else. Mark Frost wrote it independently, so I don't really consider it canonical. That said, delving into the town's history and uncovering its implicit, occult elements proved enthralling and captivating.

This was a wonderful look at Twin Peaks where the line between our reality and the fictional reality are delightfully blurred. A great look back at the original series, the history that led to those events, and what's happened since as we prepare for the new series. I really enjoyed this.
