4.5 stars. Woah- WAY better than the first, mostly because I didn’t have to hear Elspeth’s thoughts. If I was the Nightmare I would kill myself. Anyways loved Ravyn’s and Elm’s perspective. I guessed a few plot twists but was still incredibly entertained.

Nightmare and his dry humor made this book worth the time. While reading it was like watching a movie in my head. It was most definitely a slow read but well played!

To say that I am crying senseless is an understatement. Nightmare mi bebe te amo para siempre. Es de los mejores libros que jamás he leído. Lo recomiendo demasiado.

A slower pace than the first book but I liked the focus on Elm instead of Raven this time. And I liked the Shepard King as a character. The ending was perfectly wrapped up so it left me feeling content but neither happy, sad, or angry.
