Woah- WAY better than the first, mostly because I didn’t have to hear Elspeth’s thoughts. If I was the Nightmare I would kill myself. Anyways loved Ravyn’s and Elm’s perspective. I guessed a few plot twists but was still incredibly entertained.

Nightmare and his dry humor made this book worth the time. While reading it was like watching a movie in my head. It was most definitely a slow read but well played!
