More than anything I am devastated that it’s over. Everything about this series captivated me. I was enthralled and in love with the characters, the plot, the romances, but mostly the relationship between Elspeth and the Nightmare.

I loved this duology! I don’t typically read a book or watch movies more than once, but I see myself reading these again in the future. I would love to see these become a film adaptation given the unique magic system and setting.
