This book is very fun and the kids loved it  how ever they got a bit scared when

nighthand got poisoned by a karkaddan

overall it was a fun and imaginative book, you can connect to the characters and get swiped into the magical land of the Archipelago

The pacing really increases in the last third of the book, almost feels like the end was really rushed out.
