I am so excited to be back at Orleans U, but this time with hockey!! Saint Devereaux definitely gave my favorite Orleans U baseball boys a run for their money ๐ฎโ๐จ
I absolutely devoured the banter, chemistry, and tension between Saint and Lennon, and I loved seeing their relationship and their individual characters develop. Maren packed in just the right amount of emotion and depth to balance out the sweet and spicy moments, which I think brought so much to this story. She truly never disappoints and I think I may just have a new favorite of hers!

Maren Moore never fails to knock it out of the park!! I loved this book so much, and it was just so much fun to read! This was such a fun book and I just loved It so much!! I loved getting to see Lennon really fighter what she wanted in her life, and fight against the preconceptions that come with her family name! Her strength and steadiness for Saint was so great to see!! And Saint himself was the PERFECT broody and grumpy MMC, but getting his POV and seeing everything from his perspective just made you melt for him immediately! He was so amazing to watch step up for his mom and for Lennon, and even fighting for himself and his dreams! I loved these two so much and seeing how they came together despite all the odds against them was just amazing!! The side characters we got to see were also so much fun!! Overall I just loved this book and I had so much fun letting myself get lost in Saint and Lennon!! 5 stars; 3.75 chili peppers

Bad boy/good girl, college hockey/figure skater, opposites attract, daddy issues, enemies to lovers, fake dating, revenge, virgin FMC.
There were several parts of this where the writing was off. Something about it was weird. And it got really cringy toward the end.
Overall this was just okay.

Jaw on floor, this book was the emotional packed romance I needed! Wow is all I can say. Truly Maren outdid herself on this one. The characters were so heartfelt and raw I felt like I was right there with them. I loved seeing them navigate their situations and the growth they had throughout, I seriously sounded like a sports fan cheering and hissing. I think I highlighted 1/3 of this books because the banter, sass, tension and chemistry was next level. If you havenโt read a Maren Moore book yet, do yourself a favor and grab this one! Just check TW.

That changes this year, her rose colored glasses are off and she will live life for herself moving forward. Thatโs why she booked time at the collegeโs rink to get back on the ice and do what brings her joy, figure skating. But when she gets there a giant dick in the form of a hockey player is on her ice. His name is Saint but he should just be called Satan in her opinion.
Saint is the biggest player around he doesnโt care, he embraces his bad boy image and keeps everyone at bay. His home life is in shambles but he doesnโt show it, heโs just surviving till he can make it to the NHL. So when the daughter of his enemy walks onto his ice he is pleasantly surprised, now the fun will begin. But what starts as fake dating and alternative motives quickly escalates into so much more!
