Oh my heart, the beginning of Bound in Blood was absolutely awful (in a my-heart-was-crushed-and-I-had-no-hope-of-recovery kind of way)! I was so very suspicious but there was nothing I could do but carry on reading, which I couldn’t physically do fast enough to sate my need to know what was going to happen!
Once the sinister plot started to be revealed, I couldn’t contain my excitement! Especially when some very special guests arrived on the scene - that was one of my most favorite moments from the entire series! IYKYK!
Overall, the finale to the Broken Bloodlines trilogy was riddled with emotional upheaval. My poor heart could barely take it! So much happened that I definitely see coming, which made the latter half of this book an undeniable page-turner! Thank goodness for HEAs, but that doesn’t mean I’m also not heartbroken!
