There's a minor car accident at the outset of the book where the female LI accidentally hits the male LI, breaking his wrist and giving him a mild concussion. References ribbing the female LI for her terrible driving are then made occasionally throughout the rest of the book. The male LI was abandoned by his parents and raised by his aunt from 10 yrs old onwards. Also has always been dumped by significant others due to behaviour related to autism. The female LI has an inner monologue two or three times throughout the book where she thinks on the way she has to suppress her personality or put on a facade for almost every friendship she has, where she feels she has to play a character/role for her more demanding friends.bexi's review against another edition

Zafir is the best love interest, but
Get a Life, Chloe Brown is the best book in the trilogy.
I won't accept any discourse on the matter. 🤷♀️

With Act Your Age, Eve Brown she had me squealing, kicking and giggling over the story of Eve and Jacob.
I‘m glad now that I didn’t dnf the book just because Jacob Wayne was very similar to my ex boss at the beginning. But as I continued it turned out that Jacob has a soul and is a very lovable person.
I could also really relate to Eve. It was like looking into a mirror and after her story she ended up being my favourite Brown sister.
I can’t wait to read more from Talia Hibbert.
