I am not a fan of when the main characters are keeping secrets from each other. Especially in a situation like this where her secret could mean life or death.

I forget how much I like romantic suspense! This book pulled me in from the start and just went wild. I also appreciate the spice starting around the 30% mark🥵❤️🔥

Saddle up besties, because this book has me firmly in my cowboy romance era! Ava Hunter has managed to create a Wild West world full of romance, suspense, intrigue, and even a few whodunnits! She managed to tackle some really tough topics in her book (namely grief and chronic illness) and does it beautifully. Also, who am I to turn down a book that places such a big emphasis on my favorite flower? If any of this interests you, pull on your boots and grab your hat, because you’re in for a really great read!
