I literally couldn’t put this book down, after the cliffhanger in the second book I knew I needed to get this one and it served. It was heartbreaking at so many tim a like the ending was so bittersweet but so cool at the same time. There was an unexpected couple which I now want to see more off maybe a novella or something?! Idkkk overall this was definitely worth the wait.

Está saga de fantasía me ha encantado desde la primera página. Concretamente, este es un desenlace de historia lleno de acción, intriga y, en el fondo, mucha ternura.

I liked this well enough, but it was just nowhere near as good as the first book.

It's a surprise that I finished this series because I hated the second book. It put me in a book slump and I felt like all the characters that I had grown to love were not the same anymore. My biggest annoyance with books in general is miscommunication and that's what I remember about the 2nd book. Reid and Lou couldn't communicate their feelings/actions for the life of them.

Fast forward though, I wanted to know how it ended. This book fixed everything that the 2nd messed up. Ansel's death didn't affect me when it happened at the end of the 2nd book because I was just so over it, but this book had me missing his banter and his character. I love Coco's and Lou's friendship. Even with everything that happened in the book Reid and Lou never became standoffish.

My only issue which is really my fault is that I couldn't remember ANY characters and their names. I didn't remember their roles in the previous books even after reading recaps I still forgot. There's just way too many characters to remember.

Reading this one makes me want to reread the whole series again and push through the 2nd book to remember everything that happened.

I liked this much better than the second book in this series, but I will say that it feels really long, the pacing is a little annoying. I love the characters and their relationships with one another are very tender and well written, but this could have been a duology in my opinion, the second book was entirely unnecessary. This one I enjoyed about as much as the first story, but I’m not sad to be done with the series.
