This book was so stressful. I felt so anxious at times that I thought I might puke if I didn’t stop reading *immediately.* It literally filled me with dread in a very uncomfortable way with no payoff. And the ending! The ending!!! I’m so mad. The main character is a n absolutely horrible human, too. Ugh!
I had a hard time putting this down because the tension kept building and building. Despite no one in this book being a good person, especially not the main character, I had a hard time not rooting for her. But the abrupt ending irritated me to no end and feels like a cop out on the part of the author. Read The Girls instead.
