i don't think this is gonna be everyone's cup of tea but it is MY cup of tea i'm so intrigued and enraptured by the writing style and the pacing and it made me feel anxious and confused but like. in a good way

Really nails the worst aspects of millennial narcissism, the protagonist gets away with more than most because she’s beautiful. The flatness of the character is intentional, it seems like a satire. I think accepting that is key to enjoying this book.

really enjoyed this despite it taking a bit of time to finish! busy bee. i understand that the book sorta exists in a metaphysical manner but i really wish

we got the simon reunion/ or the arrest. or maybe her passing out

that i wanted. but i liked it
