Really nails the worst aspects of millennial narcissism, the protagonist gets away with more than most because she’s beautiful. The flatness of the character is intentional, it seems like a satire. I think accepting that is key to enjoying this book.

really enjoyed this despite it taking a bit of time to finish! busy bee. i understand that the book sorta exists in a metaphysical manner but i really wish
we got the simon reunion/ or the arrest. or maybe her passing out
that i wanted. but i liked it
