3.5 - It was a cute romance and even though it kinda dragged with Blake having to fight for Farrah so much like man respect cuz I don’t know if I would fight that hard for someone. Idk I liked the ending. There were a few times my jaw was on the floor. Also let’s note that I have been reading so much romance lately that the book wasn’t given its full justice because I’m a little over romance atm.
dark funny lighthearted medium-paced

This book is a duet for the 1st one and as stated in my first review this book has the cheating trope in it and he gets the ex girlfriend pregnant. When he goes to break up with his current girlfriend instead of telling her the truth about what happened he lies again?!?

In this book which happens a few years after the first he finally comes clean about it and says he and the ex stayed together for the baby but lost it and couldn’t make it work after. Even with the ex out of the picture there is just absolutely nothing he could say that could fix that trust.

I wish the main character had more of a backbone.
