Finally concluded this duet and I just have to say I cannot believe Blake went and did the same shit again. But also I didn't like the book after the big reveal. Everything just went straight to shit. The beginning half was passable, dare I say even good. And then boom, shame BS as the last book and why it's getting 3 stars.

This book could have seriously gone without being a separate second book, ik its meant to be 5 years later but I don't think it needed to be a whole separate book.
Similarly to the first book there wasn't much love or well explanation like the main plot of the book was that Fahara was meant to be designing his house even though it is briefly mentioned throughout the book.
Girl he gave you three chances you should have ran by the second one. Just stay with Paul.
The first act of the book was good, I enjoyed it however, the remaining parts of the book needed some serious tlc.
I wish Farah could have been more of a badass female character instead of just obeying Blake's constant needs.
Chloe's whole backstory and the miscarriage were upsetting and did evoke sadness.

This was such an amazing finish to the duet. Farrah and Blake meet again after several years apart and a horrible breakup in New York City. Farrah is hired to be Blake’s interior designer and he realizes that it’s fate and he doesn’t want to lose her again. This book had a few twists that I predicted but was still satisfying. The grovel was groveling and I loved it. I love a good grovel and Ana Huang made this man beg and suffer for his stupidity. Blake drove me nuts sometimes and Farrah is a queen who deserves it all because I would not be as nice as her. I loved these books and enjoyed seeing the happily ever after Farrah deserved. (Ok Blake too..)
Also Blake’s stamina pushes this book to fantasy fiction.

The start of this book was kinda slow (?) for me but I fear this might‘ve been because of a book-hangover… at around the middle i started to really really enjoy it and the plot got so interesting with the whole Cleo thing going on.
I‘ve been thinking about what to rate this book for a while now and I’ve come to the conclusion that -considering my hangover- it was still very good. Not as good as the first book for me but still I really enjoyed reading.
Also now that Blake and Farrah‘s story got to a Happy End I can say that these two were so cute. In between the chapters Blake got on my nerves but in the end we got lots of Charakter development… I was so happy for them when I read the epilogue!!
I can only say that I’m really excited to keep reading the series to get to know more about Kris and Nate but also about Olivia and Sammy but I fear I will miss Blake and Farrah lots! :(
Now that I read half of the series I can really recommend it to everyone who wants to read a cute lovestory with lots of drama and plottwists. Don’t let Blake annoy you to much, cause he gets such good Charakter development. ;)

I literally read this in a day after reading the first book. I was absolutely hooked on Farrahs and Blake's complicated story.
My only hang upwas that Olivia and Sammys reason for breaking up was never explained. I was hooked and got excited everytime either one of them made an appearance, hoping to get closure on what happened. other than that the book was perfect and loved the ending.
My only hang up
Minor: Miscarriage
Second Chance Romance 100%. Blake apparently loves to repeat history when it comes to Farrah but I am so glad he finally gets it together in the end! Love a Happy Ending. Totally had chills at the end. It makes me so happy! Loved the FEA reunion! Excited to read the next two stories in the series. Also, I totally called Cleo’s baby not being Blake’s from the start! So glad I was right even though I hate everything that happened with the miscarriage!
This is the second book in a duet (you need to read If We Ever Meet Again first!) and I loved this! I fell in love with both characters and loved how the story turned out. You become so invested in each of them and pray Blake does the right thing throughout the story! I listened to this on audio and I loved it! I will definitely be continuing this series! ❤
