By a show of hands who here thinks a person can get a perfect score on the SATs with no formal education?
A fine beach read. Would probably give a 3.5 for its beach read quality. Some of the plot points were so “on the nose” and ridiculous. For example, her name was Lucky, she won the lottery and she got a perfect score on her SATs.

An engrossing book with interesting characters and good pace. Not as light and fluffy beach read as expected but that doesn't take away from my enjoyment of it!
