A fun summer read.

Quick, Fun Read
Lucky is a con artist hitting rock bottom—abandoned by her boyfriend, wanted for her crimes, father in jail, broke and penniless—when she discovers her ticket is the winning lottery ticket of a massive jackpot. But how can she cash it in without going to jail?

Leaping back and forth between Lucky's past and present, this story moves fast. She scrambles towards her dreams of a better, normal life while her past misdeeds and enemies are nipping at her heels. It makes for an enjoyable light read, and Stapley paints an intriguing and surprisingly likable portrait. While there are some details that I felt could have used more depth, I'd recommend this as a great beach read. Also, who doesn't love a story centered around a female con artist?
