I loved this book!
Is was the first time I actually read something from this author and I was surprised from how good it was.
I think in the beginning this book was going a bit in circles and it should have a had more development there but as the story went on it started to get more and more captivating.

I definitely recommend!

This book, the first in the series, is one I have read after the latest installment, so I'm a bit backwards, but I have to say that if I had picked this one up first, as it's supposed to be, I suppose, I would still be wanting to read the next. The fluidity of the writing, the plot, the characters - they all just came to life and made this such an easy read that it flew by like a movie. The plot was intense and well executed, the characters believable and likeable - I loved finding out more about them by meeting them for the first time. I'm really enjoying this series and will, no doubt continue doing so.

I have received this ARC from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

OMG SO FREAKING GOOD!

He Is Watching You was such a good thriller. It kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. This book has three point of views, no I wont tell you their names but it's the detective, killer, and victim. The flow from each pov just kept me engaged. I honestly couldn't put this book down and I kind of yelled at my phone sometimes. Like no, don't talk to strangers buddy. If he's acting strange just leave because you will probably end up dead.

The detective was an okay kind of character in my opinion. I don't really understand how they go from learning the basics of a computer to getting on this case. Seemed a bit weird but eventually I got invested. The there's the killer, and boy did they deliver. This character is so smart, or maybe they are only trying to act like it.. but I had no idea they put a camera above the container. Maybe I scanned over it without paying attention.. but this character definitely kept me on my toes.

It also probably doesn't hurt that my guessing game sucks ass. Overall, I loved this book so much that I already can't wait to dive back into. The creepiness of this whole thing took me to a new level. I will probably end up having nightmares about what this killer did but damn, did I enjoy it.

I couldn’t get into this book at all. I was not able to finish it.

This is a good quality page-turning thriller that really ramps up the tension as the two main police officers, Maddy and Harry, desperately race to solve the murders and save the next victims. I thought the relationship between the two officers was rather too spiky at first and it did feel rather awkward but by the end I was definitely rooting for them both. I also thought the finale was fabulously written. A good solid read.

Great start but it fizzled off very quickly. I found that:
1. The killers POV did nothing for the story after the first couple of chapters.
2. Lisa (victim) most of her POVs also added nothing to the story. We got details that weren't necessary.
3. The detective work could have been better.
4. I needed more information about the aftermath of the accident/shooting.
5. Too much unnecessary detail and dialogue.
6. We should've gotten someone else's point of view that gave us an insight on the events that happened towards the end of the book.
