I have read/listened to hundreds of titles and to tell you that I was amazed when the h was an actual over 21 adult AND wasn't skinny!!! The Dom/sub relationship seemed genuine, and I won't lie when I say that there are many parts that made my breath hitch!

Sometimes a girl just wants to read a low-angst, super-steamy book and knows that if she picks a Cherise Sinclair one it will be well written to boot.

Do the protagonists have issues that aren't explored too deeply? Yes
Is everything resolved fairly easily? Yes.
Did this not bother me one jot because the sexy times were hot A.F? Also yes.

Logan and Rebecca are fleshed out enough to make them interesting and likeable and we get enough backstory to feel as though we know them. I was invested in them enough to want to read all of their story and see them get their HEA. The world-building was more than sufficient for what was needed, I liked that the story moved along at a good pace and whilst the plot was very generic (no Pulitzer prize here) along with good quality writing it was enough to produce a book that kept me entertained.

Holy fuck that was a good book. I did not expect to enjoy it at all let alone as much as I did!

Even better, it was well edited and had a believable story-line - which isn't really common in freebie erotica.

It's really nice to read a story with real women with self esteem issue like any other normal person. I loved how much Logan liked becca curves scars and imperfections. I was hook from the 1st line. Def reading the rest of the series. The scene's were hot and sexy even tho I kind have the same view as becca with the swinger partner swapping. Not something I'd do but if it floats ur boat. Go for it. If u like dominance book def a must read for you. 5 stars.

I am a fan of Sinclair's Shadowlands series and decided to give the Mountain Masters series a go. I liked the first book in this series. I don't think it was as instantly engaging as I found the first Shadowlands book but I still had a really good time reading it. Rebecca and Logan have great chemistry and it was fun watching them fall for each other. I thought that Rebecca's rule about only going out with a guy once for the next 5 years was a little bit over the top but it's a nice switch when it's the female character who is reticent about starting a relationship instead of the man. Overall it was a fun read and I would not mind reading more books in this series.
