This book is so cute!! I love that the illustrations cover the entire page. This book really captures the spirit of the adventure and how fun it can be when we explore together. I was 1/4 of the way through before I realized the tree in the middle was dividing the child and bear. When it's gone, that's when we see their paths cross. Genius ! I also didn't realize until someone pointed it out to me: the child takes a picture and the bear's version of that is drawing on a rock .

This went over really well at storytime last week. Great art, fun story, overall delightful message of exploration and friendship.

I love the artwork in this and want to hang it all on my wall. This will be a great book to read when baby can see the pictures better.

A book that reminds us to always view the world with wonder and amazement -- and to find friends who can share it with you.

The drawings were cute and modern but it wasn't totally clear right away that there were two separate narratives and the text sometimes got lost in the illustrations.

SO cute! My town library is currently displaying this book as part of The StoryWalk® Project at our local park, so I had the chance to read it today while on a walk. Cute storyline but what really got me was the astonishing illustrations. Just so adorable and immersive. Love it!

An adorable book. Kids would love to read this because they are naturally curious. A cute little boy loves to go exploring in the wild and who does he meet? A cute little bear who also loves to explore. The illustrations are amazing. I will have to read more books by this author and he is also the illustrator.

This book is both adorable and includes a bit of a game: there is a snail on every two-page spread. It was tough, but I found them all! The illustrations in general are playful and lush and the story promotes activity, adventure, and friendship in unlikely places.
