Much better then the first! I sped read this one pretty quickly since the storyline just sucked me right in. It ended - except for that last line - in a way that I would have figured that this could work as a solid duology. I'm very curious to see what book three us about and the stakes that are being formed!!

The combined brilliance of Indiana Jones & Tomb Raider with the adventure and possible death with twisted secrets and mythological plots.

I absolutely adore Maria Snyder’s writing, she has that ability to snare you with her story but not overwhelm you with the unnecessary. She writes the picture on the page to perfectly paint it in your mind.

The Archives of the Invisible Sword series has everything you need in an adventure tale. Deadly missions, magic wielders and secret. There is also a dash of romance without overshadowing the plot and basis of the story.

I’m looking forward to the next book in this series!
