This is suppose to be about two grown adults?!?!? Come on. I've met 20 year olds who understand themselves more than this. And it's not just sticking in a funk. Just annoying

I'm sorry, but did the main character just say "now that I know Adam biblically" as a euphemism for having sex?!? 🤢☠️ Did I switch to reading an inspirational Amish romance without knowing it??

In all seriousness, this really didn't land, and I was really disappointed by that. The premise was unique and intriguing, but the execution, particularly of the characters, felt frustrating and predictable.

Ultimately, by the end of the book, I was increasing my playback speed beyond my comfort level just to get it over with (NEVER a good sign).
