Wow this is one of my fave non fiction books I’ve ever read! Every single page is something that hits close to home and it’s definitely a book I will continually come back to, down to the way the book is wrote and the the pretty pages of the book I really can’t fault it

This shouldn’t be called a book, rather it is a collection of platitudes. Perhaps aimed at people younger than myself!

This isn’t a terrible book, it just wasn’t for me. Also, I love feeling bored, thats when I get to decide what I want to do (usually it’s something creative), the author made boredom seem like the worst thing ever.

4.5 stars.
Fabulous little book on how to become a wonderfully independent, genuine, alive, valuable, and compassionate person, friend and contribution to the human race. If you are blaming circumstances or other people for your situation, shake it off and level up. We are 100% what we make of ourselves. Own it.
What makes this book extra interesting and fun are the insightful Igbo proverbs that the author has inherited from her Nigerian Mother, and how she has incorporated their wisdom into her own life.
The audiobook is amazingly well read by the author.
