This book annoyed me. I did feel bad for Ethan as going through that type of trauma must have been awful. I did like one of the reveals. However, the one about Billy? No. I hate that type of resolution to the story. It just feels cheap for me? I am hoping other books by Sager are better.

Can I just say WOW this book had me hooked within the first few pages. Since beginning this book I have stayed up late every night turning the pages on my kindle as I furiously read page after page. .

This book has mystery, memories returning slowly, raw humanism, paranormal aspects. It's got everything you would want in a gripping thriller

If I could give this book all of the stars I would. My jaw dropped a few times, I was a little afraid of the dark. And I felt so many mixed emotions throughout. .

I just finished Middle of the Night and boy when I tell you I’ve cried on and off the last 75-100 pages of the book the twist was not what I expected at all but the ending that last chapter was everything the closure for everyone involved whether it was a good ending or a bad ending it wrapped up in a pretty bow easily one of my favorite reads of the year
