Enemies to lovers trope will always be *chefs kiss* in my eyes. Give me ANY enemies to lovers trope and I’ll fall right into it.

Harlow and Conor have a mutual dislike for each other and it only feeds into the SPICEEEE this books offers. They continue to tell each other it’ll just be once but we all know how that does.

This book is spicy, full of banter, and ends with your HEA.

I cried. Such a good book. I was anticipating a different twist about why Harlow and Connor hated each other so much, but I kind of liked this one better! It is a college hockey romance, and it is hands down the best book I've read this year. I'd give the spice a 3/5.

love love love. Finished in one night and was hooked.

Hockey romances.. ya know 😉
Connor is the star senior hockey player for Holt Hockey, trying to make it to the pros. He’s hated Harlow for 4 years, simply for her connection to his estranged half brother and dad. Until, she asks him to train her for a marathon..

guys… the laundry room scene though 🥵

DID NOT FINISH: 75%

I am a joint audio/book reader. The audio and the ebook are completely different and I can’t even figure out where I would sort of be in the book at this point. I think the updated version of this book would be good (seems like a ton of subplot was added), but I’m so annoyed that I just can’t finish it. Kudos to the author for doing an audio to make the work more accessible- but if you’re going to update and completely change plot points in the book- take the audio down.

Loved this book so much!! The different perspectives really flowed well and I loved both character. Feel good ending.

Not the best sports romance, but not the worst. Didn’t love the breaking up during the last stretch

4.75! such a good hockey read that I read it in one sitting
