I absolutely loved this book. Not only was it about firefighters.. Yummy ones at that but it was a very well written book with humor and a great storyline. You meet Callie a very strong young woman who likes firefighters and has some amazing girlfriends. Callie moves into a new house and meets the neighborhood firefighters one catches her eye. Chase is the firefighter everyone loves and he loves everyone including every girl he can. But him and Callie hit it off and sparks fly. Until one night that cant be taken back in Callie's eyes and that changes everything. Along the way she meets a wonderful older you might think crazy neighbor who she starts a strong friendship with. Kiki tries to get her to see life outside of the box so to speak. Callie also meets Ashley another firefighter but a sweet loveable one. Their friendship is instant and you can see right from the get go that there is going to be something there between them if given the chance. Things happen with Callie that make you sit back and think is she doing it for attention or is someone messing with her? There is suspense and humor in this book which makes it gripping from beginning to end. There are twists and turns you never see coming. Highly recommend this well written book. Kacey hit this one out of the park absolutely loved it.

Can immediately tell with this style of writing that this is not for me. Not entertaining it any further.

A fun, HOTT (in many ways) read! The story went somewhere I didn't expect it. I won't say more because I don't want to spoil it for readers.
This was my second book by this author and she has great character development, even though some of them make me want to kill them - but that's the point, you're not supposed to 'like' all of them all of the time. Kiki was my favorite character.
ARC provided in exchange for an honest review. :)

This one was held together with some really creative frosting. The major problems, including multiple attempted homicides, were glossed over and half heartedly addressed. I know that the “real” story was the growth of this woman but they were way too flippant about the arsonist on the loose. It was very dramatic but it felt silly in places. Even ash and his ears was just strangely dramatic.

Immature, angsty, H was definitely hiding something and possibly had some control/anger issues, h was kind of dumb and naive
I made it 12 chapters, I just couldn't anymore with the main character. I get it she is 22 and immature but it just wasn't my thing. I really tried.
