Nice to revisit this one again. And I still want my own magic purple crayon.

A classic. My wife's favorite children's book and one that I love for describing the power of imagination.

One of my favorite books. :) My grandpa's name was Harold, so this one holds a special place in my heart.

A highly creative book about the powers of the imagination. I love how deceptively simple it seems.

Harold and the Purple Crayon is my absolute favorite children's book, and I'm really glad that I got to revisit it. I haven't read it since I was in elementary school so I had to bring it back for this assignment. I think it has a cute illustration style, that shows the worlds that we create around us when we are creative.

I would use this to talk about color and creativity!

My crayola box never had that shade of purple & I once got the 64 pack with the sharpener, so either Harold has an even bigger set or he uses RoseArt

A children's story about creativity narrated through simple images. The board book edition is big and indestructible.
