The ending; I can’t tell whether I hate or love Shannon rn with what she did with this book. Also friendly reminder, the myth Sophie mentioned, it’s a Greek heaven for hero’s basically. Let’s hope that’s not the case with mystery man.
We saw an odd side of fintin and the ancient empath (I forgot her name suddenly) while yes they are still evil, they have personal sides we didn’t see before.
I love how supportive edaline is through the book, to everyone not just Sophie.

its not actually a five stars cus that cliff hanger pissed me the hell off but it gets five stars cus the slowest slow burn that ever slow burned finally came to a close
plot stuff was kinda boring for me tbh, but character stuff… let’s be honest there are only two characters i care about in this series anymore and this book was Perfect for them

The first half of this book had me wanting to punch a wall in frustration with how ANNOYING everyone was but pain = gain because we are finally getting somewhere. I am so proud of all the little dudes for coming this far - especially Fitz and Sophie.
So what now? We all just sit around and wait?
I don’t care how long book 10 ends up being, just LET IT BE THE END. 2000 pages? SURE. JUST FINISH IT PLEASE.

This book gets three stars because of the nostalgia I have surrounding the series. It was better than I expected it to be and I’m excited for the next book!
