Kind of tumblr-y but cute.
And actually good trans rep which is lovely to see in a romance

Great trans representation. Transphobia is present and important to the plot and dealt with immediately and in an empowering way. It is not heavy or traumatizing for the trans character even though it is upsetting.clari's review

An easy to read gay romance with its main distinction being it includes a trans man as one of the main couple.

I wasn't sure about this story at first, because Derrick was SUCH an asshole and I have very limited patience with his type of bullshit toxic masculinity. But I am really glad I kept going, because for once I thought the redemption arc was well done. Derrick actually has to work for forgiveness and the happily-ever-after ().
