I love this one even more than the first, which I adored!
I liked how strong and capable Serena was as a hunter. I was nervous that there would be drama with her not being open to falling for Szaro, but the caring and love built between them very nicely.
Szaro has cinnamon roll/golden retriever energy, but still kicks ass and takes control when necessary. His desire for Serena never faltered, which I am here for.
This book was totally for me with the alien romance mixed with the nature conservation vibes. I always wanted to be a ranger like Serena, so I loved her motivations and getting to explore Trangor.

This book is very straight to the point, I personally prefer the first book but this was a very feel good book.
