I really enjoyed this book. I highly recommend it to anyone who favors historical romance. At first the thought of 600 pages scared me (I have small kids) but it actually didnt FEEL 600 pages at all! It's set in king and queen times, has mistresses, birth, what its like living in royalty and what its like not being in royalty. Really describes the hardships women went through. I really enjoy most books by this author as well.

Loved this book - not sure exactly how much is factually true but a great read. Will definitely read more by this author.

I think of this book as somewhat of a 'guilty pleasure', but it really was very mesmerizing, so much so that I would stay up past my natural sleeping point in order to keep reading it. I enjoyed how the author weaved her story, and I connected with both Boleyn girls.

Interesting account of the maybe real/maybe not affair between Henry VII and Mary Boleyn, sister of Anne, who was then of course cast aside for the courtship of Henry and Anne. The family politics, the naivety and growing up of young Mary and the devious Anne are very human and relatable.

This is one of the best books I've read this summer. It held my attention on a very long flight to Vegas. I found myself wanting to read this instead of watch television. Well written and a captivating story plot.

At first I wasn't a fan of this book. It seemed to be just a trashy story of affairs. But eventually I got tangled up in all the drama and was trapped, eager to see what scandal would happen next.
