I really, really liked this book. The main character is totally relatable, and I loved the story in its uniqueness. The plot was amazing as well, and I really appreciated the idea of seeing both of Addie's futures. Obviously, her choice was heart-breaking and I can't wait to read Split Second.
The others character were also very likeable, especially Trevor.
My Trevor *sigh*.
He's such an adorable nerd. Plus, I couldn't help imagining him as Ian Somerhalder in Lost, and that just adds point to the character.
Anyway, the story were enthralling and original, the characters were funny and sweet, and the romance was fluffy and nerdy.
So just read it and don't miss this unique book.

The hole «taking two paths thingy» made the book that more exciting and the plot twists more hard to guess. I loved Duke.... but I guess he used his power on me too..? Haha - Excited to finish the next book.
This is one of those "what did I just read???" books.
But before I get to the actual review part, I have to admit something. I read the ending about halfway through, even though it didn't make any sense. I'm a fan of spoilers and seeing how things play out. And it may have influenced how I saw certain parts of the story. That being said, I liked one side infinitely better.
It may not have been the reading of the ending, either. Certain characters are just more appealing in the first place. But I can't say which I prefer because well.. spoilers.
So, this book was pretty delightful. I enjoyed most of it. Enough suspense without being overdone. If anything, in one future it almost felt underwhelming at the end.
I hated what Addie had to choose between. But she's a good friend, and went through a lot because of it - even if she couldn't rememeber.
Another thing, I just don't see Trevor accepting of her ability and that the compound was real so quickly. He had been suspicious, yes. But still, time for the truth to sink in would've been nice.

Well I liked this book but it didn't amaze me. It had a really cool concept but I felt like the book didn't use all the opportunities they had with the whole powers thing. It was sometimes overlooked. O was REALLY confused in the beginning so it was pretty hard to get into. The world building was a little weak.
The characters were a great part of the book although some (Duke, Poison) could have been developed a lot more. I felt like there was no solid plot, but it was cool how you could see relations between the two plots. And I felt like overall it was kind of pointless??? I didn't like the ending at all really. It didn't feel like there was much closure it was just kind of...over....
I feel like people who like contemporary a bit more than me would like this more. I didn't have high expectations but it was enjoyable.

The first part was a bit slow but the second half was good and forced me to keep reading.
I've been a bit reluctant to read a non contemporary Kasie West book, but I love her writing I couldn't wait for the next contemporary, I needed something written by her to read. So, I decided to finally read Pivot Point, and I was not disappointed.
This book was amazing. It was so original, I loved it.
Trevor <3
I can't quite organize my thoughts, but this book blew me away and I need to get the squeal admittedly.

So good. So good!
And dang those plot twists. This is one of those books where the whole thing is enjoyable and intriguing but the end is like super intense and you can't put it down
Some other things I loved about it is the short, fast paced chapters, the alternate worlds, and the foreshadowing vocabulary words at the beginning of each chapter that I thought were very clever and fun.
