Funny as usual and makes me want Morelli more and more. He brings McDonalds fries and a soda for a hangover, buys take out for every meal, eats dinner at the Plum house and there is the great sex, of course!!

This book’s plot was refreshing as the series began to become predictable. I love this series so much, and lots of developments occurred.

Nine books and going strong; I really can't believe how much I am still enjoying this series. The Stephanie Plum adventures all follow a certain formula that can make them slightly repetitive plot-wise, but heck, I don't care! The escapades and the characters involved make it all worth it.

Although this was the first Plum mystery I solved before Stephanie did, I still read through with lightning speed to confirm my suspicions. However, I did decide there is something new to love (I seem to find something in every book as the series progresses): Lula's title of Ho. We always get the recap at the beginning of who the characters are, and I decided in this book that Stephanie describing Lula as a ho, straight out like that, was the thing that would make me laugh. And, boy, did I. Every time the word "ho" came up, I laughed; I couldn't help it.

Anyway...glad Evanovich is still writing the Plum series, because whenever I need a break from heavy-duty reading and real life, I pick up one of these gems to give myself a good chuckle (and a reason for the people on the subway to be afraid of me).

Had this one figured out long before the end, but that doesn't mean it wasn't delightful. May we all get chased by dogs when we have 3lbs of bacon in our hands.

I really like this series. The books are really fast reads, although you might not want to read too many in a row since they tend to be similar. Definitely not great works of literature, but if you like mindless mystery novels that you can read in a day or two these are great fun.
