This book was literally one of the most funniest and amazing books I've ever read. The author didn't stray from the original story but made it even more entertaining and modernized than how it was originally told. Some people might get offended but its fiction. And I'd like to believe that all these things actually happened (in a more mature and calming way) Although some things may have not happened so calmly. With the dong eating and literally having sex with one's Shadow but other than that, this was book was just pure and utter awesomeness.

This is it. The book I've been looking for. The one where I finally understand the timeless appeal of mythology. I couldn't love it more.
It's raunchy, hilarious, and over the top, as myths are meant to be. It's like having a drunk friend telling you the craziest story, with all the hyperbole and four-letter words you'd expect.

The title and description should have warned me, but the book is very immature. It breezes through a ton of stories in a fairly flippant manner with a lot of profanity and vulgarity. The first story was fairly amusing, but the pattern quickly grew repetitive.
