I listened to the audiobook which was narrated by Chris, and I really enjoyed listening to him. The only criticism I would have is that a lot of the time in this book is spent on Chris’ first three years in Japan. I would have liked if it was more evenly spread throughout his years there

Really enjoyed this audiobook. Chris Broad’s mix of humour and insight reminded me of Adam Kay’s memoirs, which I loved. It felt a bit like chatting with a mate about life in Japan. Only small gripe is that the end focused a bit too much on YouTube success rather than the stories behind the videos. Still, a fun and engaging listen.
