I enjoyed the story but found it to have been dragged out. I listened on audio and enjoyed the narrators. There was a couple of times that I contemplated not finishing because it was just repetition and drawn out conversations that I doubt would happen with two young kids. But I ignored it and once it got going, I kept going.

this one had many twists I wasn’t expecting. still wish it was a little better imo.
Yes, I am only giving this book 3 stars...
The first 40% was really slow and boring and I almost chucked this to the DNF pile BUT then it got a bit better. The last 40% was phenomenal!!
The whole premise of the book is a great idea. I just feel that nothing was given. I wasn't even spoon fed vital details...just nothing.
But I liked Holder and Sky so I stuck it out.
I can't really go on with the review without giving everything away.
