If you’re looking for a cheesy holiday romcom that’s a tad dramatic, this one’s for you 😁 it was also very wholesome and made me chuckle quite a few times 🥰 I do wish the number of plot lines was a little lower but just gotta accept the cheesiness and the drama, which is what I was looking for when picking this book up so it did the job ☺️

Although the holiday is important to the timeline and background of the story, it wasn’t as holiday-y as I thought it was going to be. It is a bit more deep and tense at times. Both protagonist have their own trauma they’re facing. I enjoyed the progression of the story, liked having dual POV, and I felt like the main characters were realistic. I enjoyed this one and plan on picking up more books from this author.
