I love it! You can really connect with the characters and live the story with them. I've found myself sharing all of the protagonists emotions and tbh that was a thrilling experience. The writing style is really enjoyable too and the author really has a gift with plot twists

The twists and turns! Robin is growing so much, even if his choice to go to The Hand was rash. There were so many pieces from book one that were confusing, but now make so much sense.

I loved Althea's growth too, and it was great to see her have the chance to defend herself in the camp.

This took me on an emotional rollercoaster. In the best way though.
So much happened to Robin that I just wanted to give him a hug. And poor Erix 🥺😭
I have book 3, but I don't think I'm ready for it yet.
